Job summary

Cognite, a leader in industrial AI, is seeking a Revenue Operations professional in Houston to own GTM systems architecture and data integrity. You’ll align Revenue, Marketing, Finance and Professional Services, build scalable processes, and accelerate forecast accuracy.

You’ll partner with Leadership to optimize lead routing, reporting, and automation across Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari and Vasco, delivering reliable metrics and faster decision-making in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent experience in a high-growth tech/industrial company.
• Ability to align Revenue, Marketing, and Finance without managing their teams.
• Strong numerical and data-visualization skills.
• Experience with GTM systems and maintaining a data dictionary.
• Comfort with enterprise software and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build the structure to measure our customer funnel from lead to cash to expansion across GTM systems.
• Connect the teams through Revenue-owned systems and processes to reflect accurate results.
• Influence changes across commercial functions and align teams for simultaneous deployment.
• Collect field feedback and design scalable solutions with GTM Systems, including AI-driven automation.
• Govern the GTM data dictionary to ensure consistent field definitions across tools.
• Speed up analysis and reporting by shortening forecast and pipeline cycles.
