Job summary

Voltus is building its Revenue Operations function from the ground up and this role owns that build. You will connect the full customer journey—from outreach through renewal—into one trusted source of truth used by Sales, Finance, Energy Markets, and Customer Org.

As a leader, you will own forecasting and reporting that links committed contract value to realized, performance-based revenue, coordinating with Energy Markets and Finance to flag risks before they hit the P&L.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue operations with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong finance forecasting fluency and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle revenue data from outreach to renewal.
• Lead CRM governance, forecasting, and data quality.
• Lead GTM systems roadmap with IT/Systems.
