Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue operations with 3-5 years at manager/director level.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and BI tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
• Experience building forecasting models and comp plans at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visibility across the full customer lifecycle funnel and build reporting infrastructure.
• Lead the cross-functional GTM systems roadmap and drive standardization of processes.
• Manage and develop a team spanning sales productivity, analytics, and operations.
