Citian in Washington, DC is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own the mid-funnel operating model and serve as the RevOps partner to Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams. You'll take ownership of territory planning and governance, ensuring reps are working the right books with accurate segmentation and clean ownership transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years total experience with 5+ years RevOps including pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; admin experience is a plus.
• Experience designing end-to-end sales processes — stage definitions, SLAs, territory rules, and operating cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own the mid-funnel operating model and RevOps partnership to Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams.
• Lead territory planning, segmentation, and ownership transitions.
• Drive pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, and cross-functional governance.
