Job summary

Qualitrol, a global leader in electrical condition monitoring, is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations in Fairport, NY (hybrid). You will own forecast accuracy, funnel governance, and KPI reporting across regions, leading a four-analyst team and collaborating with Sales, Finance, IT, and operations to scale orders.

In this role you’ll drive demand planning, territory budgeting, and dashboard development, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, FP&A, or commercial analytics.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting processes and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly forecast process across regions.
• Define and maintain funnel-stage criteria and KPI dashboards.
• Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team, including offshore members.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations on data integrity and governance.
• Translate business strategy into RevOps priorities and actionable insights.
