Qualifications

• Previously a Senior Analyst, Manager, or Director of an operations team.
• Experience in building systems from the ground up.
• Ability to lead customer calls effectively.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• Experience experimenting with AI automations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships proactively.
• Run discovery, build strategy, and execute across CRM.
• Command the room during client meetings.
• Translate complex operations into understandable language.
• Build and refine the playbook for RevOps delivery.
