Job summary

Sybill AI is seeking a leadership-driven RevOps executive to build strategy and systems for the GTM team. You will oversee the full funnel from outbound to inbound, implement lead enrichment and scoring, and drive attribution and cost-efficient pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Growth Ops, RevOps, or automation engineering.
• Experience with GTM tooling like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, or Make.
• Systems thinker with end-to-end funnel understanding.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale revenue generation systems with founders.
• Own lead routing, scoring, and enrichment.
• Drive data-driven prioritization to maximize performance.
