Job summary

Forgeworks is an AI-first RevOps boutique in Denver seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to run pods’ sprint cadences. You will manage kickoffs, reviews, and deliverables so RevOps managers stay focused on builds, while ensuring tasks and updates flow into ClickUp.

You’ll translate AI outputs into a clean, current board that the whole pod relies on, with four days on-site in Denver and a strong emphasis on collaboration, delivery, and growth into RevOps leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience running real sprint or project cadence with a team.
• Strong follow-through and clear client communication.
• Familiar with AI tools and turning notes into tasks.
• Willingness to work in Denver in-person.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sprint machine running: kickoffs, reviews, deliverables, and updates in the board.
• Coordinate and track tasks so RevOps managers and analysts stay heads-down on builds.
• Own rhythm, board, and follow-through to ensure nothing slips.
• Convert AI-captured notes into a clean, current board the pod runs on.
