Thomson Reuters' TAAP division seeks a strategic RevOps leader to act as the operational backbone for sales leadership, translating aggressive revenue targets into executable territory plans and embedding accountability for growth.

You'll own the intersection of people, process, and systems to unlock productivity, influence go-to-market strategy, and contribute to executive decision-making with high-visibility impact.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operational partner to segment sales leadership and manage cadence of reviews.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews including pipeline and forecast discussions.
• Track KPIs and revenue milestones to drive accountability within the sales team.
• Bridge field and central functions to ensure leadership decisions are quickly operationalized.
• Oversee multi-phase cross-functional projects across HR, Compensation, Systems, and Enablement.
