Job summary

Extend is building document processing infrastructure for AI teams and is hiring the first dedicated Revenue / GTM Operations hire in NYC. You will own the full RevOps mandate, instrumenting GTM, territory models, planning, and the AI tooling that enables a small team to operate like a larger one.

You’ll start as an IC with room to grow into RevOps leadership as the org scales, shaping pricing, quoting, and vendor onboarding across enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations or GTM analytics in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce administrator with operational impact.
• Experience handling security reviews, procurement, and redlines.
• AI-native mindset: automating workflows and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the quote-to-close process including pricing, forms, and DNAs into legal and security reviews.
• Design and operate CRM, forecasting, and deal desk to scale with the team.
• Build territory models, routing, and ICP alignment to expand without chaos.
• Lead GTM tech stack adoption and data foundation for the revenue org.
• Prepare materials for QBRs, board reports, and leadership reviews.
