Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic operational roles within enterprise SaaS.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with rapid change and disruption.
• Able to ship v1s quickly and iterate to solve evolving problems.
• Familiar with current AI tooling and building AI workflows/automations.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize GTM systems, playbooks, and processes.
• Own data, outcomes, and test new strategies responding to market trends and team performance.
• Codify playbooks, rules of engagement, and governance for revenue operations.
• Own the GTM tech stack and related automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, compensation plans, and renewals.
• Partner with GTM Engineering to build durable systems for scalable automation.
