Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to architect the commercial operating system across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will own planning, data, processes, and AI-powered workflows to scale revenue predictably and efficiently.

You will partner with C-suite leaders to shape revenue strategy, forecasting, and long-range growth, while leading a world-class RevOps team in a remote US role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related GTM roles.
• Leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS/tech company.
• Strong forecasting and planning abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial operating model across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and GTM leadership on revenue strategy and planning.
• Lead territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning.
• Establish the GTM operating cadence and executive reporting.
• Build data, analytics, and systems foundation for revenue metrics.
• Oversee evolution of GTM tech stack, including Salesforce.
• Lead AI transformation of Revenue Operations.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across revenue funnel.
• Build and lead a world-class RevOps organization.
