Job summary

Suite Studios Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Manager to architect, optimize, and scale the systems powering our go-to-market org. You’ll bridge RevOps, Marketing, Sales, data, and AI to design automated workflows and scalable infrastructure that accelerates growth.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure measurable, automated processes and reliable data across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building RevOps infrastructure in high-growth startups.
• Deep understanding of lead management, funnel optimization, and CRM architecture.
• Built scalable operational systems reducing manual work across Marketing and Sales.
• Experience creating operational processes from scratch, not just inheriting systems.
• Believes AI should augment judgment and improve leverage.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM tech stack administration (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, AI tools, reporting).
• Design scalable lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution, scoring, and territory logic.
• Build and maintain integrations between core GTM systems.
• Improve data quality, governance, and operational reliability.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies as the company scales.
• Develop dashboards and insights to inform forecasting and strategy.
