Job summary

Harbor Compliance is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to become the analytical backbone of our Go-To-Market engine, overseeing end-to-end pipeline, forecast discipline, and data integrity across the customer lifecycle.

You will build and lead a high-performance RevOps team, partner with Finance and Legal on Deal Desk, and drive AI-enabled processes that remove friction for reps, while aligning with executive leadership on capacity and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing a team—player-coach role.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; build a bottoms-up forecast from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency in HubSpot or Salesforce, plus BI/SQL tools and related systems.
• Track record of operationalizing AI tools that drive revenue or reduce friction.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated RevOps team aligned with Sales, Account Management, Renewals, Marketing and Partnerships.
• Drive AI adoption across GTM with pilots and workflows that increase revenue.
• Own end-to-end lead-to-renewal funnel visibility and accountability.
• Oversee GTM cadence: forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, and territory planning with Finance and GTM leaders.
• Architect data backbone and CRM governance for scalable GTM operations.
• Design and administer incentive compensation in partnership with Finance.
• Collaborate on a Deal Desk process to protect margin while enabling deals.
