Job summary

Kalepa is seeking its first dedicated Revenue Operations hire to build and scale the GTM operating system for rapid growth. You will design systems from scratch including forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, analytics, and other critical RevOps projects.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will partner with the CRO and work daily with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and the founding team to implement an AI-powered GTM tech stack (HubSpot, data tools, automation) and craft

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth AI/SaaS startup.
• Experience owning and implementing an AI-powered GTM tech stack.
• Track record of partnering with GTM and finance leadership to design compensation plans.
• Experience building forecasts for enterprise sales motions with multi-stakeholder cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and own forecasting methodology and cadence with leadership.
• Oversee GTM tech stack including HubSpot and data enrichment/automation.
• Build territories, quota setting, and annual GTM planning.
• Be the source of truth for GTM analytics and board reports.
