Job summary

Propeller is seeking a seasoned RevOps leader to run the day-to-day engine and act as a strategic partner to the VP. You will own the GTM engine across new logos, existing customers, and marketing operations, shaping pricing and automation to scale with the business, while building a trusted, proactive RevOps function.

You will collaborate with Systems & AI Platform to deploy AI-enabled processes, improve revenue visibility, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy with a proven track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in revenue mechanics (demand gen, pipeline, ARR, churn, forecast hygiene).
• High-level fluency in CRM ecosystems and automation to streamline internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day RevOps operations and partner with VP to raise the bar on function.
• Own GTM engine workflows across New Logo Ops, Existing Customer Ops, and Marketing Ops.
