Job summary

Island is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to partner with Sales and GTM leadership in Coppell, TX. You will own forecasting, dashboards, and performance analytics to power data-driven decisions across the revenue engine.

Ideal candidates have ~5 years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment and are proficient with Salesforce and CPQ. The role is in-office five days a week at our Coppell headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, AI, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Process Optimization with Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success leadership.
• Own forecasting cadence, pipeline visibility, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead annual territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling; design incentive structures.
• Analyze GTM performance, provide actionable insights to leadership and the Board.
