Job summary

OfficeRnD seeks a Revenue Operations Lead to partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, owning the forecast and driving GTM programs. You will analyze trends, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable initiatives that elevate GTM performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue or GTM operations roles.
Experience with SaaS business models, preferably vertical SaaS at growth stage.
Fluency in GTM SaaS metrics and how they drive decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior-leader influence.
Comfort with ambiguity and fast, data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Partner with GTM leadership to set cadence for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Own end-to-end GTM programs and cross-functional initiatives beyond GTM, including product launches.
Build and publish the GTM forecast (Sales and CS) and cadence reports for all teams.
Drive strategic analysis (pricing, TAM, verticals) and present clear recommendations to executives.
