Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an Advisor for Third Party Returns/Reverse Logistics to coordinate with operations, sales, finance, sourcing, and legal. You will drive process improvements and ensure contractual compliance across third party processors while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 4–8+ years in pharmaceutical logistics/operations, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and the ability to travel 10–15%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience in high-volume logistics with focus on customer service and operational excellence preferred.
Lean certification is a plus (White/Yellow Belt, Kaizen Leader).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day liaison between third party returns processors and Cardinal Health.
Monitor contract compliance between Cardinal Health and third party processors.
Streamline business flow with third parties and internal teams.
Identify and implement improvements across people, process, and technology.
Ensure changes are managed for internal and external resources and adhere to quality standards.
Support KPI improvements for reverse logistics and compile monthly cost/volume summaries.
