Job summary

PetScreening, based in Mooresville, NC, is seeking an Analyst, Revenue Systems & Automation to own and scale our GTM tech stack. You will configure HubSpot, automate data flows to Snowflake, and partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to deliver reliable systems.

You will join an existing analyst, work with Revenue Ops and Data Engineering, and drive data quality, governance and scalable integrations to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience administering a CRM and related revenue systems in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, custom objects and properties, and pipelines in a CRM.
• Experience managing integrations and data syncs between a CRM and other business systems.
• Strong data skills, including working with large datasets, troubleshooting data issues, and building reports and dashboards.
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and turn them into documented, scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver against firm deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• CRM administration and system health: own HubSpot configuration, data integrity, and access control.
• Automation design, testing and deployment to improve GTM data quality.
• Systems architecture and integrations: maintain connections between CRM, GTM tools and Snowflake.
• Project delivery: scope, build and launch major systems initiatives against deadlines.
• Requirements gathering: translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Data quality and governance: monitor standards, run audits, fix sync errors.
• Tool evaluation and administration: assess GTM tools and adoption.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Ops, Strategy and Data Engineering.
