Job summary

UpGuard is hiring for a Revenue Systems engineer to own and evolve the GTM tech stack, starting hands-on with CRM tooling and expanding to architectural ownership of GTM systems. You’ll work across CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS integrations with an emphasis on data integrity and access control.

You should bring 1–3 years of hands-on CRM experience, familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot, and a strategic mindset about CRM architecture and automation patterns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on CRM development and maintenance.
• Salesforce and HubSpot experience ideal; strong object-model fluency matters.
• Ability to design CRM architecture and data access controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the GTM stack including users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, validation logic, and data hygiene.
• Design and enforce granular access controls and data-layer security using profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
• Build automation that enforces deal-stage gates, territory logic, and workflow actions for a clean sales process.
• Partner with Rev Ops on CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS integrations and drive those decisions when appropriate.
• Work across systems beyond CRM, e.g.,Sales Engagement, CS platforms, enrichment, etc., applying systems thinking.
