Job summary

Hex is hiring for a Revenue Systems role to architect the operating system for Hex’s Revenue organization. You will co‑own the tech stack, ensuring systems scale cleanly as we grow, and be the go‑to technical partner for the Revenue team on projects like lead routing, data management, quote to cash, and automation.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data to deliver a CRM foundation that boosts seller productivity and unlocks automation while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven ability to design scalable GTM processes and translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong technical skills with iPaaS platforms and Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious and pragmatic about AI applications that drive GTM leverage.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture end-to-end, ensuring scalability, stability, and clarity.
• Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through to delivery; full-cycle role involving process design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Design systems with cross-functional teams that support efficient lead to revenue processes (lead routing, quote to cash, data hygiene).
• Integrate and optimize GTM tooling (Outreach, Gong, Hubspot) with Salesforce for seamless data flow.
• Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives, evaluating opportunities for automation and proactive insights.
