Job summary

Hex is building a Revenue Systems team to design the operating system for its growing revenue organization. You will co-own the Salesforce stack and lead initiatives from discovery to deployment, ensuring data integrity and scalable GTM processes.

The role collaborates with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to deliver robust CRM foundations and automation, while evaluating AI opportunities to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst.
• Deep Salesforce data model, automation, and reporting knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture end‑to‑end for scalability and reliability.
• Lead full-cycle initiatives from discovery through delivery including design and deployment.
• Design cross‑functional GTM processes for lead to revenue workflows.
• Integrate GTM tooling with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow.
• Explore AI-driven opportunities to automate and gain proactive insights.
