UpGuard is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and implement AI-native automations that massively boost the productivity of our Revenue team, across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success. This is an opportunity to build cutting-edge solutions using the latest AI and automation technologies and to work closely with the end users of the solutions you build.

You will leverage LLMs, Python and JavaScript, and automation platforms such as n8n to integrate with CRMs, CDPs, and Sales

Qualifications

• Experience using LLMs to automate manual workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Expertise with n8n automation platform.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API architecture.
• Security-first mindset when building automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI-native automations.
• Leverage automation platforms such as n8n.
• Build custom software solutions where required.
• Integrate automations with CRMs, CDPs, and Sales tools.
• Interface with Data Warehouses using tools like dbt and reverse-ETL.
