LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support revenue strategy through performance analysis, market research, distribution oversight, and reservations support. This role connects Revenue Strategy with Sales & Catering, Rooms, and Reservations to ensure accurate inventory, group blocks, and billing.

The analyst will monitor performance, identify demand signals, and provide timely recommendations to the Director of Revenue Strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotel revenue management or reservations.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel; able to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with PMS, CRS, and distribution systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor pacing, booking patterns, and market activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare recurring revenue reports and communicate key findings.
• Audit rates, inventory controls, and rate parity across channels.
• Review group block files to ensure accurate rates and billing.
• Support group and transient reservations and resolve inquiries.
• Escalate pricing or inventory decisions with supported research.
