Job summary

Highgate Hotels, located in the heart of Times Square, seeks a Reservations Analyst to join the Revenue Management team. You will analyze hotel performance, prepare revenue reports, and oversee reservation operations to maximize revenue and profitability.

The role blends analytical duties with hands-on supervision of the reservations department. Responsibilities include maintaining PMS/CRS accuracy, coordinating rate loading, and communicating revenue strategies to other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospitality
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of industry reports and systems (STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights, Opera Cloud, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate revenue reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Audit and maintain PMS/CRS/RMS systems and ensure data accuracy
• Manage reservations team and enforce SOPs
• Coordinate with Front Office, Accounting and Sales Departments
• Maintain knowledge of rates, room types, and hotel products
• Monitor competitors and identify revenue opportunities
• Prepare 14-day forecasts and assist in short- and long-term forecasting
