Job summary

Highgate Hotels Row NYC is seeking a Reservations Analyst to join the Revenue Management team in Manhattan. You will analyze hotel performance, prepare revenue reports, and oversee reservation operations to maximize revenue and profitability.

The role combines analytical revenue management duties with hands-on supervision of the Reservations Department, ensuring accurate booking channel performance and inventory control across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospitality
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of industry reports and systems such as STR, Demand360, OTA Insights, Opera Cloud
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
• Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute revenue reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Assist with ensuring rates are loaded correctly and inventory is maintained accurately.
• Audit and maintain PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales and Catering systems to ensure content and information remain accurate.
• Audit key reservation reports, including reservations made and cancellations, to verify data accuracy and identify revenue opportunities.
• Communicate revenue strategies and procedures to other departments as needed.
• Maintain group pick-up reports and coordinate upcoming group cut-off dates to the Sales team.
