Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Revenue Analyst to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, ensuring accurate rate loading and inventory management. You will audit PMS/CRS/RMS systems and share insights in weekly meetings with the Revenue Management Team.

The role requires familiarity with STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights, and excellent communication. Strong time management and detail orientation are essential for success in this fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospitality, preferably in Hotel Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work quickly in a high‑pressure & high stress environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with market segmentation and production analysis.
• Ensure rates are loaded and inventory is accurate.
• Audit PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems for data integrity.
• Communicate strategies to other departments as required.
• Maintain group pick‑up reports and coordinate with Sales on cut‑offs.
• Attend and contribute to weekly revenue management meetings.
