Job summary

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the hotel's Revenue Strategy through performance analysis, market research, distribution oversight, and reservations support. You will help ensure inventory, group blocks, reservation activity, billing, and distribution channels are accurate and aligned.

The role requires independent research, context-based recommendations, and execution within defined authority, collaborating with Sales & Catering Coordinators and Rooms Controllers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and discrepancies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and follow issues through resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hotel PMS, CRS, Sales & Catering, Revenue Management, distribution, and/or OTA platform experience preferred.
• Previous hotel Revenue Management or Reservations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pace, pickup, segmentation, booking patterns, competitive pricing, market activity, citywide events, and other demand indicators to identify need dates and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare recurring Revenue reports and analysis, identify and communicate meaningful findings, and support execution and follow-up of Revenue strategies.
• Participate in Revenue Strategy meetings and provide relevant analysis and findings.
• Audit rates, availability, inventory controls, promotions, and rate parity across applicable distribution channels.
• Complete monthly OTA reconciliation, research discrepancies, and coordinate resolution.
• Review group block files to ensure rates, room types, inventory, cutoff dates, billing, and contractual requirements are accurate.
