Job summary

Highgate Hotels in New York City seeks a Reservations Analyst to analyze hotel performance, prepare revenue reports, and oversee reservation operations to maximize revenue and profitability. You will manage inventory, verify rate integrity, and train staff to ensure accurate information across systems.

Responsibilities include preparing forecasts, auditing PMS/CRS/RMS, and collaborating with Front Office, Accounting and Sales to support the hotel’s commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospitality, preferably in Hotel Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of industry reports and systems (STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights, Opera Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
• Audit and maintain PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales and Catering systems for accuracy.
• Coordinate group pick-up and ensure correct rate quoting and inventory.
• Communicate revenue strategies to other departments as needed.
• Assist in preparing short- and long-term forecasts and attend revenue meetings.
