Job summary

Highgate Hotels in New York seeks a Reservations Analyst to join the ROW NYC property. The role analyzes hotel performance, prepares revenue reports, and identifies opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.

It also manages the Reservations Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reservation operations, inventory controls, and booking channel performance. The position supports the hotel's commercial strategy and requires collaboration with Front Office, Accounting, and Sales,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospitality.
• Knowledge of industry reports and systems such as STR, Demand360, OTA Insights, Opera Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute revenue reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Assist with rates loading and inventory accuracy.
• Audit PMS/CRS/RMS systems to ensure content accuracy.
• Communicate revenue strategies to other departments.
• Maintain group pick-up reports and coordinate upcoming group cut-off dates.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, room types, and hotel products.
