Job summary

Finary is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own revenue ops, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will manage CRM (HubSpot), sales automation, customer journeys, and operational KPIs to deliver seamless client experiences and empower internal teams.

The role emphasizes designing workflows, improving handovers, and automating repetitive tasks while building dashboards and reporting for performance insights. Hybrid work with a Paris focus offers on-site every 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Background in Financial Services is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and automation tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate actionable insights.
• Experience with CSAT, KPI tracking, and sales automation.
• Comfortable testing and implementing new tools and technologies.
• Based in Paris and French native speaker (both mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HubSpot to track and manage leads efficiently.
• Design and enforce workflows for Advisory and Ops teams.
• Streamline onboarding and data collection to create a smooth client experience.
• Build dashboards to track churn, expansion, CSAT, and financial performance.
• Test and implement new tools to improve workflows.
• Manage HubSpot and other advisory/ops tools.
• Ensure seamless adoption of technology within the team.
