You will drive lead-to-opportunity workflows, forecast cycles, and analytics dashboards, partnering with finance, marketing, and field leadership to optimize margins and sales performance.

This full-time role is based in Harrisburg, PA with full-time benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business/finance/marketing.
• 5+ years in sales operations, commercial finance, or analytics in B2B services.
• Experience administering sales commission structures and pricing workflows.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and enforce pricing guidelines and margin targets.
• Oversee lead-to-opportunity workflows and CRM data integrity.
• Administer commissions and incentive programs with finance.
• Develop and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly performance dashboards.
• Forecasting cycles and pipeline trend summaries for leadership.
