Job summary

Coram AI is transforming video security with an AI-native GTM platform. We seek a Revenue Operations Manager to own go-to-market processes, administer HubSpot and the sales stack, and lead AI-driven automation initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with sales, channel, enablement, marketing, and finance to simplify workflows, improve data quality, and drive measurable results. You will design solutions end-to-end, ensure adoption, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in revenue/sales operations or GTM systems.
• Proven ability to drive productivity and accuracy.
• Experience administering HubSpot or Salesforce with data quality and reporting.
• Experience with sales engagement tools and dialers.
• Experience building AI workflows and system automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, documentation, implementation and adoption of core GTM processes.
• Administer HubSpot and sales stack (Salesloft, Nooks); design pipelines, workflows and integrations.
• Analyze rep workflows and data to drive improvements in productivity and accuracy.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automations to reduce manual work for reps.
• Own CRM data quality and integrations across systems for reliable pipeline and attribution.
• Lead change management, adoption, and measure impact on performance.
