Job summary

Coram AI is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to drive cross‑functional GTM initiatives and scale the company’s go‑to‑market motions. You will partner with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to solve complex problems and implement scalable processes and automation.

You will lead workstreams from framing through adoption, delivering measurable results and improved revenue operations in a fast‑growing AI security company.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy & operations or related field.
• Experience at a B2B technology company is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional priorities.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling GTM processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead cross-functional GTM initiatives end-to-end with clear objectives and success metrics.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Design processes and systems to improve revenue team productivity and visibility.
• Build AI agents and automations to accelerate GTM execution and reduce manual work.
• Lead change management and ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
