Coram AI is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to shape its go-to-market strategy and scale across multiple teams. You will partner with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to define priorities and drive execution from framing through measurable results.

You will design scalable processes, build AI-enabled automations, and lead change management to accelerate growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of strategy & ops experience at a B2B tech company.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Understanding of GTM motions and revenue processes in scaling organizations.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead end-to-end strategic GTM workstreams with objectives, scope and metrics.
• Analyze complex GTM challenges to identify root causes and practical solutions.
• Align priorities with senior stakeholders and drive execution across teams.
• Design and scale processes to improve revenue team productivity and visibility.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automations to accelerate GTM execution.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
• Proactively manage risks and keep initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate progress and results to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.
