Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a GTM Operations professional to own and optimize the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LeanData, and Cloudingo. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and partner with developers on architecture, testing, and enablement.

You will lead cross-functional projects, develop automation, and drive data quality and incident response to support reliable, scalable revenue operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM/Sales/CS/Marketing/Revenue Operations, with experience implementing GTM workflows.
• Strong Salesforce admin capabilities including Flow, data modeling, and reporting; Admin cert is a plus.
• Hands-on with modern GTM platforms and integrations (HubSpot, Gong, Cloudingo, LeanData, Sales Navigator).
• SQL and data analysis skills to investigate data quality and build reports.
• Experience with BI/data platforms like Looker, Snowflake, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LeanData, Cloudingo) with reliable integrations.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps, root causes, and measurable improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, partnering with Salesforce developers on architecture, testing, and enablement.
• Lead cross-functional systems projects from scoping to delivery.
• Develop automation workflows to reduce manual tasks across commissions, territory management, and data enrichment.
• Maintain data quality via deduplication, standardization, and reporting enhancements.
• Oversee incident response and change management with monitoring, alerts, and documentation.
