Job summary

Statim Logistics seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to bridge onshore and offshore teams, ensuring customer billing and contractor pay are accurate while driving data-driven improvements. The role combines hands-on validation with problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will review Power BI dashboards, identify trends and recurring exceptions, and coordinate corrections across driver, route, and pay data to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, revenue operations, billing, contractor settlements, or related roles.
Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrections across teams.
Experience with dashboards or BI tools (Power BI) to review performance and trends.

Responsibilities

Validate route, driver, rate, pay, service-level, and account data to ensure accurate billing and contractor pay.
Review Power BI dashboards and reporting to identify discrepancies and trends.
Coordinate driver corrections, route updates, rate/pay changes, and service-level updates.
Develop corrective actions and monitor implementation to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams across Operations, Finance, and IT.
