The role balances detailed transactional work with strategic process optimization, aiming to reduce errors, standardize procedures, and enable better decision-making for revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, accounting, finance, logistics, operations or related field.
• Experience in logistics operations, revenue operations, billing, contractor settlements or cross-functional issue resolution.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Experience with dashboards or BI tools to review performance and translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between onshore and offshore teams for billing and contractor pay processes.
• Review Power BI dashboards and reports to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Coordinate data updates and corrections across systems and workflows.
• Analyze workflows to identify failures and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
