Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. seeks a Revenue Specialist Coordinator to support the Revenue Operations team in Evansville, IN. You will help ensure trips are billed accurately and on time, working with Revenue Operations and Operations to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.

The role focuses on process improvement, data accuracy, and timely fortnightly/monthly billing activities, with opportunities for training and growth within a nationwide rail crew transport provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent time management and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet Billing End of Month Deadlines.
• Process trips assigned to according to contract languages and PTI billing deadlines.
• Identify trips that are not billable and process in CREW and the customer system.
• Training/Cross Training.
• Assist other team members when required to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist team coordinator with assigned tasks as needed.
