• 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, revenue operations, billing, contractor settlements, or similar.
• Experience using Power BI to review operational performance and identify trends.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Ability to coordinate with onshore and offshore teams and drive issues to resolution.
• Experience with billing, contractor pay, pricing, and account reconciliation preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous-improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary operational liaison between onshore and offshore teams for billing and contractor pay.
• Review Power BI dashboards and reports to identify discrepancies and actions.
• Coordinate driver corrections, route updates, and pay changes through resolution.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Validate data before and after changes to ensure accurate customer billing and contractor pay.
