Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Billing Analyst to join the Accounting team in a remote role within the United States. The ideal candidate will manage accurate client invoicing, interpret contract terms, and support revenue recognition policies while collaborating with the account team.

The successful applicant will have 2+ years in billing or a related role, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting/finance or higher.
• Accounting certification or degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years as Billing Analyst or similar.
• Experience reading custom client contracts.
• Strong Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing details and issue accurate client invoices.
• Review invoices for billing accuracy and contract terms.
• Communicate with clients and other departments to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and meet billing deadlines.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and setups.
• Support internal/external auditors with information when needed.
