RevOps Careers seeks a Revenue Operations leader to amplify our GTM team’s impact. You will drive revenue performance, own visibility into the funnel, and proactively uncover trends and bottlenecks to guide actions.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to surface insights and shape the systems and strategy that fuel growth. You will also influence senior stakeholders, translate data into actionable plans, and operate across the full revenue cycle from lead to expansion,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or equivalent roles.
• Proven track record as a builder and strategic partner, not just an executor of reports.
• Ability to diagnose business problems, form hypotheses, and translate them into action.
• Experience across the full revenue cycle (lead → close → expansion).
• Deep understanding of GTM systems, data structures, and operational design.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
• Strong business intuition connecting data patterns to revenue impact.
