Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Lead Generation Strategy & Operations professional to scale GTM ops across cross-functional teams.

You will design and maintain automations, dashboards, and tools to accelerate revenue, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product to drive data‑driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Play a pivotal role in end-to-end process management, experiment with new workflows, and deliver insights through dashboards and KPIs that motivate growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions from data collection to execution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

• E2E Process Management — Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with Marketing, Events, Partner teams to drive revenue initiatives.
• Leadership Partnership — Provide strategic insights and performance reporting to leadership.
• Experimentation — Develop and test workflows to improve key levers in each area.
• Data‑Driven Strategy — Oversee analytics across pre‑sales functions and build actionable dashboards.
• Reporting & Analytics — Design dashboards, reports and KPIs to measure team performance.
