Job summary

Second Front Systems is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to ensure our revenue engine is accurate, visible and efficient. You will handle data, systems and processes behind revenue from pipeline to bookings and renewals across commercial, federal and international sales.

Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you’ll own forecasting, pipeline reporting and Salesforce data quality, build dashboards, support deal desk and compensation, and drive process improvements with our

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations or similar analytical role
• Strong Excel/Sheets with lookups and pivot tables
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience
• Able to work with Sales, Finance and CS teams

Responsibilities

• Keep pipeline data clean and trustworthy across business units
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings and renewals
• Support the forecast cadence with weekly materials and trend reviews
• Turn data into insights and actionable recommendations
• Support deal desk and quote-to-cash in DealHub and Salesforce
• Conduct sales compensation tracking and reconcile payouts with Finance
• Document RevOps processes and automate manual tasks
• Assist territory planning and enablement training for GTM teams
