Job summary

A2Z Sync in Denver is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize GTM processes and data integrity across marketing, sales, and tech stacks.

You will own lead routing, CRM governance in HubSpot, and dashboard reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale revenue and improve funnel metrics.

Hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, automation, and successful onboarding of new tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in revenue, sales or marketing operations.
• Hands-on CRM administration, HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivot tables and clean reports.
• Experience maintaining data accuracy through deduplication or audits.
• Experience writing SOPs, process docs or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead lifecycle stages, scoring, and MQL/SQL definitions.
• Build campaigns, lists and email workflows in HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign attribution and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Keep CRM data clean and reliable: deduplication and tagging.
• Build dashboards and the AI data dictionary governance.
