CompuCycle Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Engineer to own the CRM end‑to‑end, build reporting and automation, and lead data/AI integration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. You will design scalable GTM systems, manage integrations, and drive pipeline visibility and accuracy.

The role emphasizes hands‑on ownership, rapid iteration, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a high‑impact environment. Onsite in Houston with travel 2x/year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Deep, hands‑on HubSpot experience across Marketing, Sales, and Ops Hubs.
• Strong grasp of full‑funnel GTM — lead gen, outbound, inbound, pipeline, and post‑sale.
• Highly analytical and data‑driven — can build a report and explain what it means for the business.
• Working familiarity with Claude and other agentic AI tools.
• Proven track record building HubSpot integrations via native connectors and middleware (Make, Zapier, or similar).
• Experience with buyer intent data platforms.
• Ability to travel to our onsite location in Houston at least 2x a year.
• SQL, Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CRM end‑to‑end within HubSpot, including data model, custom objects, pipelines, and integrations.
• Design dashboards and pipeline reports for leadership and GTM team.
• Build forecasting models and track KPIs across revenue funnel.
• Write SQL and perform rigorous data analysis to validate pipeline data.
• Develop and tune automated workflows and sequences to reduce manual work.
• Integrate forms, workflows, and e‑signature tools to streamline onboarding.
• Lead AI‑driven workflows to improve prospecting, qualification, follow‑up, and nurture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to align systems with team needs.
• Provide documentation, training, and hands‑on support for GTM teams.
