Job summary

FIS is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to accelerate growth by improving sales performance and efficiency. You will shape segmentation, coverage, and GTM tooling, reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations with autonomy and impact.

The role emphasizes building analytical models, translating pipeline data into strategic insights, and partnering with Finance, Product, and Sales to plan and execute initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Economics or related field.
2–7 years in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue or sales operations in tech/financial services.
Strong analytical background with executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and optimize revenue operations strategy, segmentation, and sales coverage.
Produce reports and dashboards to analyze territory performance and sales efficiency.
Translate data into actionable insights and present to leadership with recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance, Product and Sales on annual planning and targets.
Lead strategic projects and coordinate cross‑functional resources to improve processes.
