Job summary

Optimizee Group in a 100% remote setup is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own affiliate accounts, partner revenue streams, and billing. You’ll ensure accurate revenue data, manage invoicing and payments, and support monthly close, with a clear path to Head of Revenue Operations as the team scales.

The role requires 2+ years in revenue or finance operations, strong analytical skills, and excellent written English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue operations, finance operations, billing, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong integrity and trustworthiness handling payments and data.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented; proficient with spreadsheets and reconciliation.
• Clear written English and professional communication with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own partner invoicing and payments end-to-end: create, send, track invoices and match payments.
• Own our revenue data quality: maintain reporting/dashboards and validate data points.

Please note: This is a 100% remote position.

Do you want to join a FinTech company in hyper-growth, with 100%+ YoY revenue growth for two years running? Do you want to own revenue operations across our 450+ affiliate partner accounts?

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to own our affiliate accounts, partner revenue streams, and billing, working closely with our Partnerships Team. You’ll make sure every partnership conversion is tracked, every invoice is sent and paid, and every revenue number the team relies on is accurate and up to date.

In short: once the Partnerships Team closes a deal, you own everything that happens next — setup, tracking, invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting.

This is a hands‑on role at the centre of the business. You’ll work directly with the Founder and Team Leads, with a clear path to Head of Revenue Operations as the team scales.

Responsibilities:

• Own the operational side of our affiliate network across 450+ partner accounts — including account setup, tracking links, revenue checks, withdrawals and account administration
• Own partner invoicing and payments end-to-end: create, send, and track invoices, match incoming payments across accounts, assign payment ownership, mark as paid, and follow up on overdue balances
• Own our revenue data quality — backend and frontend: maintain reporting and dashboards for the Founder and team leads, validate data points, research and benchmark market prices against our admin data, keep CRM and partner records current, and ensure user-facing data on our platforms stays accurate
• Support monthly revenue close and bonus calculations
• Improve and document revenue processes — from quote signing through invoicing and payment — and use AI tools to automate wherever possible

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance operations, billing, or a similar analytical role
• High integrity and trustworthiness — you’ll handle payments, withdrawals, and financial data
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented — confident with spreadsheets, formulas, and reconciliation, and you catch the discrepancy no one else notices
• Clear written English and professional communication with external partners
• Structured, self-managed, and reliable — you thrive in a remote, async environment
• Experience with affiliate networks, CRM systems, or invoicing tools is a plus
• Curiosity for AI tools and a drive to automate repetitive work

Location & Availability:

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates should be able to maintain reasonable overlap with European business hours (CET/CEST) for meetings and team collaboration. We welcome applications from candidates worldwide.

Compensation:

• $2,000 USD/month fixed gross salary, plus paid time off and public holidays in line with the standards of your country of employment.
