Job summary

Cadent is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to lead processes, analytics, and systems that support our revenue organization. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional leadership to improve planning, forecasting, measurement, and scale across go-to-market efforts.

The Senior Associate, Revenue Operations will connect data, technology, and business strategy to enhance revenue visibility, selling productivity, and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Revenue Operations or related function.
• Experience supporting a complex B2B sales org; AdTech/MarTech or SaaS preferred.
• Knowledgeable in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, analytics, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and leadership on revenue strategy, planning, quota allocation, and capacity planning.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and KPIs for revenue performance and pipeline health.
• Identify revenue risks/opportunities from data and translate into actions.
• Improve end-to-end revenue processes and cross-functional handoffs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and leaders to align revenue lifecycle.
• Optimize CRM and revenue tech, ensure data quality, governance, and adoption.
• Explore automation, AI, and new tech to boost efficiency and scale.
• Support scalable processes and operating standards for Cadent's growth.
• Present performance and insights to senior leadership.
